4x3 row spacing, a single cordon producing about 1 ton per acre of fruit.  When the bottle is first opened, notes of plum & vanilla, with a touch of smoke & tobacco.  The color has a bright deep red brilliance.  Flavors of bright blackberry & cherry with a touch of cocoa powder on the palate, with a bit of tart acidity.  Tannins are well integrated, with notes of baking spice that provides a long finish that continues to delight your taste buds.  Would pair well with some stronger cheeses, leaner meats.  Filet mignon with garlic and butter or melted gorgonzola cheese.
